HTCondorWiki: Daemon Meditations

 Occasionally, one needs a larger understanding of a control flow through a Condor daemon or the design of a daemon or sub-parts of it. Most of the control
 flow documents were/will be written by following a commonly followed control flow by hand and simply annotating in english what was found. It'd be nice if these could be kept up to date and added upon.
