-Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft segregated the desktop used by services from the user's desktop. Special configuration is needed on Windows to get =USE_VISIBLE_DESTOP= to work when Condor is running as a service.
+Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft segregated the desktop used by services from the user's desktop. Special configuration is needed on Windows to get =USE_VISIBLE_DESTOP= to work when Condor is running as a service.  These instructions apply to Windows 7 also.
