Goals for next Stable Release

Version: 8.0.2

Code freeze on TBD, update CS pool on TBD, release on TDB.

Major patches so far include: Concurrency limits not always honored, Jobs put on hold upon exit when cgroups removed, work-fetch crashes starter with cgroups.

Other desired/required items: Workaround kernel panic when using cgroups, fix python bindings.

Goals for next Developer Release

Version: 8.1.1

Code freeze on 2013-08-16, start CHTC upgrade 2013-08-19, release to web 2013-09-17.

Major pieces: Better openstack batching [CMS], two-phase commit for openstack [CMS], startd preemption statistics #3712 [CHTC, ATLAS]
